They were on-site when the insurance adjuster arrived, ensuring every necessary detail was documented in the report. Over the course of a month, they handled all the back-and-forth communication with the insurance company, fighting to ensure we received the coverage we deserved.
Once our claim was approved, they worked closely with us to select the perfect roof for our home. We had always dreamed of upgrading our shingle roof to a metal roof that would last a lifetime, and Michael’s expertise made it easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different metal roof styles, colors, and benefits, and worked directly with Green Tree Metals to ensure the materials were custom-manufactured to fit our home. Michael even arranged for Greg, the owner of Green Tree Metals, to meet with us at our home to explain their process and quality standards for the Tuff-Rib roofing we chose.
When it came time for installation, their crew was professional, respectful, and careful to protect our home and landscaping. The installation took about three days, and Michael kept us updated throughout the process. After the roof was completed, he made sure to promptly address a few minor details we noticed, ensuring everything was perfect.

They did another excellent, well managed job, despite additional work due to damage to the roof which was only revealed after the ancient tiles were removed.
They are on time, handle any prep (such as protection of plants and, in my case, a pond) in advance, so the actual job can proceed as scheduled, communicate well and are just a pleasure to work with.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the team from the Roofing Company.
The backyard building needed more than just new roofing tiles, the entire roof structure was failing and their "one stop shop" was ideal and very much appreciated.
They are very professional, on time, and are excellent at completing the job in the scheduled timeframe. They communicated well when weather was impacting things and were always available to answer questions or concerns. I will gladly use them again when the roof of the main house has to be redone.
